Equipment Reservation

Equipment is reserved on a first-come basis, therefore users must schedule time on equipment in advance. All equipment is available to qualified users 7 days a week, 24 hours a day. Drop-ins will be accommodated if no prior reservation exists at that time.

To reserve time on equipment, go to GroupWise . Enter appropriate Core instrument name and password to log in. Once in GroupWise, click on the "Calendar" link to view current reservations. Then click on the "Appointment" link to make a reservation for the particular piece of equipment of interest. In the "Subject" box, enter name, lab and contact number. Set the duration of the experiment from the start time. Click "Send." Exit Groupwise.
