Outside Employment Requests |
| As stated in System Policy 31.05, outside employment which is permanent
or semi-permanent in character (such as consulting services with a specific
firm on an annual basis) or any employment which will be considered other
than temporary work must be approved. This includes outside employment by
or consulting work through a firm or company in which the university employee
is a principal owner. The complete policies which address this issue are

In the College of Science, approval is granted by the department head and a copy of the request is sent to the Dean's office.
