97th Annual ASP 2022 Meeting Logo Contest

ASP 2022 Meeting Logo Contest

The Contest is open to all ASP members.

The winner gets a waiver for a student/postdoc registration fee.

If a student/postdoc wins then they get their registration waived.

If someone who is not a student/postdoc (e.g., Assistant Professor, Government employee) wins, this winner can choose the student/postdoc who gets the waiver.

The contest is to create artwork/logo (e.g., graphic, picture, cartoon drawing, etc) that brings to life the ASP 2022 meeting theme: “Back to School: A&M hosts ASP”.

The artwork does NOT have to include “A&M” in it, but the “School” aspect needs to be incorporated.

There will be 1 winner, but individuals can have up to 3 submissions. All submissions will be displayed during the Annual Palettes and Parasites held during the poster session.

Submissions must be original work by the submitter and not copyrighted material nor public domain images. By submitting artwork, the submitter is agreeing to allow ASP to use their artwork/logo on the Call for Abstracts, the ASP website, meeting website, registration website, meeting abstract program, and possibly meeting “swag” and/or t-shirt.

The Local Organizing Committee for the ASP 2022 meeting will judge the submissions and determine the winner.

LOC Members: Charles Criscione (chair), Jessica Light, Tami Cook, Kirstin Herrmann, and Christina Anaya

All submitters are also welcome to auction their originals during the ASP student auction.

Submissions need to be received by November 30.

For questions about the contest please email Christina Anaya (canaya@fgcu.edu).

We will post where to submit the artwork/logo shortly, stay tuned.
