Dr. Jen Dulin Honored with John J. Koldus III Faculty and Staff Achievement Award

Texas A&M University Department of Biology is proud to recognize Dr. Jennifer Dulin as the recipient of the John J. Koldus III Faculty and Staff Achievement Award, honoring her strong commitment to student growth, education, and unity.
Since joining Texas A&M in 2017, Dr. Dulin has demonstrated exceptional dedication to mentoring and educating the next generation of scientists. Her spinal cord injury (SCI) research lab focuses on advancing cell transplantation therapies aimed at restoring hand and leg function. She creates hands-on research opportunities for students, blending cutting-edge science with a collaborative and supportive lab environment.
Beyond the lab, Dr. Dulin fosters a culture of leadership and fellowship by involving students in high-impact projects, including a systematic review of SCI clinical trials published in 2022 and an ongoing collaboration with Unite 2 Fight Paralysis to assess research funding. Her guidance helps students grow as both scholars and citizens, embodying the spirit of the Koldus Award and the core values of Texas A&M.
